WHAT IS A PERSONAL TRAINER

A personal trainer is only there for you, no matter which problems or goals you have (weight loss. Muscle gain, tightening, lack of stamina, being healthier, and more fitness after heart attack, strike for other healthier problems; relax action, more flexibility...). She designs an individual, especially for your wishes and abilities coordinated program. Your trainer will come to your house, office, gum or you meet at his place- whatever your prefer the trainer will guide you all the way till you reach your goal, she gives advice about nutrition and on demand even goes food shopping with you and checks your refrigerator!


CERTIFICATION EXAM
You will have the opportunity to take your written test by email, mail it to us, or online or fax at your convenience, just remember that you will only be given 45 day to complete test.
The exam is a score of 75 or higher is required to pass the exam, you will get the results within few days of submission.

CPR CERTIFICATION
All application must have current CPR certification you may obtain one while being certified by PFTA.
